The April 2022 Canadian Federal Election will be held on April 16, 2022 to elect Members of the House of Commons of Canada. This would be the first election in Canada's history and since becoming a Crown Dependency in March 2022.

The Prime Minister before the Treaty of Ottawa was Veronica Carrington of the Progressive Conservative Party (then Conservative Party), however there was no Prime Minister post-treaty due to all branches being dissolved, leaving just the Governor-General's office.
